SalaryPlease come join our growing team! Victory Recovery Partners is an Outpatient Recovery Center that came into existence back in 2018. We provide a one stop location for multiple services such as Medication Assisted Treatment, Wellness, Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, and many other services to support those impacted by substance use. The greatest part is that all services are under ONE roof.
Since our single location opening in Farmingville, we have opened 4 other programs with locations in Shirley, Hempstead, Hicksville and Massapequa Park. We intend to continue our expansion throughout locations on Long Island so that we can serve those impacted by substance use. It's an exciting time to become one of our employees!
We are currently seeking counselors, preferably bilingual Spanish speaking, for our Hicksville location. The counseling positions include patient centered care - performing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, case management, group and individual counseling, crisis management, and development of treatment and discharge plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy as well provide case management for an assigned caseload.
- Furnish in depth psychosocial assessments and screenings to determine appropriateness for treatment and level of care.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed with referrals to assist clients in meeting their treatment plan and goals.
- Maintain appropriate clinical documentation in compliance with OASAS guidelines and document all services provided.
- Participate in weekly case conference meetings.
Experience/Education/Required Skills and Abilities:
- CASAC-T, CASAC, CASAC-A, LMSW, LMHC or MSW certifications/licensure.
- Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
- Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
