Counsel, Labor & Employment

LHH is recruiting a temp-to-hire Labor & Employment attorney for a manufacturing company in Beachwood. This position is hybrid, 2-3 days per week remote. The anticipated pay range for this position is between $60 and $85 per hour. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
The Labor & Employment attorney will assist the Chief Legal Officer with Labor & Employment compliance. 5+ years Labor & Employment compliance experience in a corporation or law firm setting is required.
