Couch Cleaner

As a Couch Cleaning Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and longevity of upholstered furniture, particularly couches. Duties:

• Inspect couches to identify stains, spots, and areas requiring special attention.
• Vacuum and pre-treat couches to remove surface debris, dust, and loose particles.
• Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to remove stains, dirt, and odors from upholstery fabric.
• Utilize steam cleaning machines, upholstery cleaners, and other equipment to deep clean couches.
• Conduct spot tests on fabric to ensure compatibility with cleaning solutions and prevent damage.
• Address specific cleaning needs such as pet stains, spills, and allergen removal.
• Use safe handling practices when working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in all aspects of the cleaning process.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistent quality standards
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.69 - $14.30 per hour
