Responsibilities
- Monthly reporting and analysis around productivity KPI’s. Support in developing KPIs that are most meaningful.
- Identify and communicate cost trends to improve forecast accuracy and find risks and opportunities
- Validate project financials while in ideation phase, and follow savings through to the ledger once implemented
- Partner with operational functions to monitor and drive cost improvements across broader services enterprise
- Set standard costs for CSAs annually
- Perform role with mindset for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance and/or Customer Operations
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Understands cost accounting and cost levers
- Resourceful, open-minded and embraces change and challenges
Desired Characteristics
- Prior experience within MRO or Supply Chain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner
- Strong analytical skills, demonstrate accuracy and timeliness during day-to-day conduct
- Team player: able to work across different teams and contribute to a positive environment
