- Virtual/Alternative Learning:
- Facilitate virtual learning opportunities for students as permitted by the school license and in accordance with state regulations to fullfill the curriculum hours specified in the program.
- Deliver prepared clinical & classroom instruction on the science of Nail Technology including:
- Collaborate with other teachers and school personnel to create a healthy and safe learning environment
- Report and document behavioral incidents.
- Hold a valid Instructor license in Nail Technology or Cosmetology .
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills, and ethical conduct.

- Develop/possess strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver information and engage students.
- Previous experience teaching Nail Technology or Cosmetology is preferred but not required.
- Possess an understanding of, and utilize current instructional strategies, classroom systems, teaching aids, and resources including multimedia to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Knowlegeable of current methods used to ensure ongoing assessment and evaluation of student progress, pprovide constructive reports to staff, and feedback and suggestions to students for remediation of deficiencies, supporting their overall growth and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
