- Provide manicure/pedicure services, make-up services, and hair services to spa guests.
- Know about all spa services, packages, promotions, and retail products offered by the spa.
- Educate guests and recommend products for home use.
- Know of and suggest to the guest other beneficial treatments offered in the spa.
- Educate oneself on the ingredients of products used.
- Attend all mandatory staff meetings.
- Keep work areas clean and set according to procedures.
- Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties.
- Inform Spa Director or Salon Manager of product needs.
Requirements:
- Must hold a current NH Cosmetology license.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the medical, salon, or spa industry.
- A current CPR certification is preferred.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
- Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Must meet the physical requirements of being able to perform cosmetic services, including but not limited to standing, bending, and fluid use of arms and hands utilized to perform necessary nail, make-up, waxing, and hair services.
