Responsibilities:

- educate guests on appropriate products available for sale in the salon to replicate their look: 25-40% purchasing
- invite feedback from guests + mentors & have the ability to learn from mistakes

- current or expected Michigan cosmetology license

- Training period 3-6 months, 35 hours per week: average of $400 per week
- Year 1-2 $57,000 per year average
- Year 3-5 $68,000 per year average
