AY is looking to hire 2 new employees for our locations in patrick Henry mall, the job is part hourly and plus bonuses on any sales made !

The job is not easy but if you're willing to learn, work hard or if you had any experience in sales in the mall/commission sales this job might be a good fit for you and you can make a lot of money,

Stopper on a luxury store: your job is to offer passing by costumers a sample, bring them in the location to a salesperson Or yourself once trained . you will get commission for every sale made.

Paychecks can go anywhere between 2000-7,000 dollars a month!

The Sales Role

Hiring Immediately - As a full-time salesmen, saleswomen our role will be to develop relationships with provided prospective and existing customers. You are not responsible to generate your own leads because we have a very rigorous opportunity for clients that ensures we are putting our sales reps in the best possible position to succeed. We only ask you to learn our primary product lines, stay true to your training, and deliver a proven sales presentation.

The extra Responsibilities

• Delivery of interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, green products and services to customers
• Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis
• Team building and mentorship

The Qualifications

• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity, and resolve
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Naturally relational and articulate individual who thrives in human interaction
• Previous sales experience preferred
• BA/BS preferred

• $400 Sign on Bonus after $80,000 in sales
• Average first year income: $35,000 - $60,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $17.75 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
