SalaryWe are looking to hire a part-time or full-time receptionist for the Cosmetic Suite of our busy Dermatology practice. The ideal candidate will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, excellent customer service skills, and experience and/or interest in cosmetic products and procedures. Knowledge or experience in cosmetics or dermatology a plus!
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

- An interest in cosmetic procedures and products
- An ability to discuss cosmetic procedures and products with clients
- Excellent communication skills during and after the hiring process
- Extensive computer experience
- Experience with EMR (knowledge of Modernizing Medicine a big plus)
- Ability to multi-task with a smile
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
This position consists of:
- Greeting and checking patients/clients in or out
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Collecting payments for treatments, procedures, and products
- Checking insurances and insurance referrals if necessary
- Answering and acting on both inter-office emails and patient emails
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Immediate availability.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
