Cosmetic Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering the phone in a professional manner
- Assist patients with appointments
- Confirm appointments for patients who didn't confirm thru the automated system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Responsible for ordering supplies for injector
- Assisting the RN injector with cleaning rooms

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles
