Corrections Nurse - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• $1,510 - $1,612 per week based on 40 hours. 
• Weekly Direct Deposit every Friday

• 8-hour Evening shifts. 

• Provide healthcare services to inmates.
• Conduct health assessments, screenings, and medical evaluations 
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations according to physician orders and established protocols. 
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, documenting all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes. 
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care to stabilize patients in critical situations. 
• Educate inmates about health issues, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications to improve their overall well-being. 
• Participate in health promotion and disease prevention programs within the correctional facility. 
• Treat inmates for chronic health issues, trauma, infection, and substance abuse.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of patient care. 
• Collaborate with correctional staff to address security concerns while delivering patient care. 

• 1+ year of LPN experience.
• NC or Multistate LPN License in good standing.
• Active BLS.
• 2+ years of LPN experience in Corrections, Psych, Behavioral Health, Lockdown, Detox.
