The California Conservation Corps' Solano Center, located in Fairfield, has IMMEDIATE openings for Corpsmembers to work and train in the CCC Forestry Corps. No prior experience necessary!
You must be 18-25 years old or military veteran 29 or younger. Benefits of enrolling in the CCC include:

Work with U.S. Forest Service, State Parks, Caltrans, Dept. of Water Resources, East Bay Regional Park District, CAL FIRE, and other local government agencies and non-profits on a variety of natural resource projects. Corpsmembers regularly go on to careers with USFS, CAL FIRE, State Parks, Caltrans, and other local community agencies to improve our forests' health and resilience and reduce the threat of wildfire.
Shift times and length may vary by assignment, but the program is a 40-hour per week commitment.
