Eastman is looking for a Corporate Videographer/Producer to produce high-quality video content for multiple internal and external communications channels.
How you'll help us innovate to build a better world
Upholding the organization's brand ideals and strategic communications priorities.
Creating and editing video and photo content.
Executing scalable video production, from creative brief/storyboarding to studio or remote production to post-production/editing.
Working with internal clients to turn story ideas into video communications.
Operating independently, when necessary, to produce internal and external videos, including internal presentations, such as employee training videos and conference presentations, and social media content.
Managing in-house studio productions and equipment, including lighting, audio equipment, and editing technology.
Capturing photos in conjunction with video shoots, as needed.
Archiving project files and b-roll.
Staying abreast of the latest video and editing technology and best practices.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
This role must maintain a high level of professionalism to work closely with employees across the company at all levels, including company executives, senior leaders, business and functional leaders, communications, creative services, marketing teams and manufacturing team members.
Applicant must have excellent communication skills and be a self-starter working with various groups on projects.
Applicant must have the ability to work autonomously and with a team while adhering to deadlines.
Applicant must demonstrate compelling storytelling with both production and editing skills.
Applicant must be able to travel on occasion to company sites for video shoots, including some international travel.
Required qualifications and experience include:
A bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
5 years of experience in video production (includes shooting, editing, post-production).
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and have demonstrated experience with Adobe Premier, After Effects, Media Encoder and Adobe Audition.
Must have experience with the Sony FX Cinema camera line and Canon DSLRs (or comparable equipment) for video capture, including ability to set up, light, shoot and acquire audio direct to camera.
Must have a valid US passport.
Drone pilot certification is a plus.
