RemX is currently seeking Travel and Sr. Travel Consultants! This is a fully REMOTE position.
$23-$28/hr- Depending on experience in GDS systems
- 1st shift can range from 7am-10am EST start time
- 2nd shift can range start time from 12pm-2pm EST - 15% differential for later hours
- Overnight/3rd shift (9 pm - 6 am or 12 am - 9am) - 25% differential for later hours
We are looking for an experienced corporate travel agent with call center experience! This is high volume- 25+ calls a day-
you will
- Participate and complete on-line and classroom training for complex domestic exchanges, international fare components and reservations, basic international exchanges, and technology.
- Effectively communicate reservation details and fare rules to clients.
- Identify and promote preferred vendors.
- Meet intermediate agent transaction and accuracy goals.
- Assist in resolving basic client issues.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent. Some college preferred
- Corporate travel consultant experience required.
- Basic knowledge of world geography.
- Knowledge of GDS system required (Either Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo, Apollo)
- Call center experience preferred.
