Corporate Trainer(Hybrid Position)

Our client is a municipal department in the Milwaukee area. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Corporate Trainer to join their team and contribute to the ongoing success and skill enhancement of their employees.


The Corporate Trainerwill be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training efforts to empower programs that enhance the workforce and the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for cultivating a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR leaders to identify training needs and gaps in knowledge and skills.
  • Develop engaging and interactive training programs tailored to the needs of different teams and individuals.
  • Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as workshops, seminars, webinars, e-learning modules, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, laws, best practices in HR field, and emerging technologies to continually enhance training.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and facilitate individual development.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with HR team members.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and software.
  • Certification in HR or training and development is a plus.
