Corporate Tax Director – Tax Consultancy
Location: USA – Remote
Salary: $140K - $160K + bonus

As the Corporate Tax Director you will report directly to the Head of Compliance. You will manage corporate client projects with the Head of Compliance and act as the final review and sign-off of Corporate Tax returns and forms. This includes providing information, advice and direction on tax issues, rules and compliance.

As the Corporate Tax Director you will report directly to the Head of Compliance. You will manage corporate client projects with the Head of Compliance and act as the final review and sign-off of Corporate Tax returns and forms. This includes providing information, advice and direction on tax issues, rules and compliance.
You will:
- Review US tax returns prepared and reviewed by Tax Associates and Tax Managers; you are the final eyes and signatures on all documents
- Provide tax compliance services to corporations and partnerships for a variety of client
- Make recommendations on return preparation regarding accuracy and tax savings opportunities
- Consult on various tax matters
- Some international tax compliance
What you bring to my client:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4-7 years of Corporate Tax experience
- Progressive federal and/or state tax consulting and compliance experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate and public accounting experience.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting/technology skills with proficiency in US GAAP and tax compliance
- Experience with: 1065, M1/M3, payroll tax, annual reports, sales and use tax, multistate and federal tax
- Experience with some international tax (such as GILTI/FDII/IRC 147/BEAT)
