GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Corporate Real Estate Project Administrator (CRE) is responsible for supporting the Corporate Real Estate Manager by managing processes and providing project management throughout the lifecycle of the project. The person in this position will support individual, multi-disciplined Real Estate Projects and track and monitor the progress of each project in order to deliver Real Estate Projects on time and on budget.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adept at maintaining active checklists, keeping information organized and monitoring the life cycle through budget, schedule, status, and other reporting.
  • Facilitate initiation of all critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, key stakeholders, and external users to ensure responsibilities are efficiently, accurately and effectively communicated and understood by all concerned.
  • Knowledgeable on the Real Estate Project lifecycle and the construction industry.
  • Develop a detailed project budget based on historical and market data and clearly defined set of budget assumptions.
  • Support the internal client throughout the duration of the project.
  • Develop and maintain Master Project Schedule for assigned projects and manage the successful execution of projects so that completion falls within intended timeframes.
  • Send and track various RFPs needed for vendor and contractor services as designed by the Corporate Real Estate Manager.
  • Manage project performance against schedules, scheduled milestones and critical path items on multiple projects.
  • Ensure that all accounts receivables are maintained at a level not to exceed planned working capital charge as set by corporate finance, and the project team.

EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS

  • 5+ years in Corporate Real Estate and/or commercial or industrial Real Estate management.
  • Experience in lease agreement negotiation, Real Estate administration, project coordination, and tenant improvement projects required.
  • Experienced in properly monitoring contracts, processing purchase requisitions, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Experience with multi-state Real Estate operations preferred.
  • Corporate interiors and secure space project experience preferred.
  • Construction and Real Estate business practices preferred not required.
  • LEED AP preferred not required.
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Location: Cleveland, OH or New York, New York
