Responsibilities
Company Background:
Prime, Inc. was founded over 40 years ago and has grown into North Americas most successful refrigerated, flatbed, tanker, and intermodal carrier. Our Corporate (All part 91) Flight Department provides superior transportation and unsurpassed world-class customer service to our passengers. Our current fleet includes a Challenger 604 and a Challenger 650. We are looking for hard working and experienced individuals with a passion for corporate aviation who are team players with the ability to function well in a challenging and fast paced work environment.
Position Summary:
Provide Company personnel with a world-class corporate aviation service while maintaining the highest degree of safety, security, flexibility, reliability and value. We currently fly approximately 400 hours per year, averaging 200 days and 100 overnights.
Essential Functions:
Alternate between PIC and SIC duties in company aircraft. Become familiar with and operate within the guidelines of the Federal Aviation Regulations as well as the Corporate Flight Ops Manual.
Additional Functions:
Help keep aircraft spot cleaned between detailing. Obtain CDL to assist in fueling of company aircraft.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Knowledge
Must be very knowledgeable regarding corporate flight procedures.
Abilities
Must possess good verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and good computer skills. Ability to execute logical decisions quickly. Requires flexible schedule with the ability work weekends and make overnight or multi-day trips when necessary.
Experience, Education, and Training
3,500 hours total time
1,500 hours multi-engine turbine
First Class Medical
Type rating in company aircraft preferred
International experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift at least 100 lbs. into the aircraft baggage compartment.
Working Environment
Primarily indoors with heating and cooling regulated in a general office environment.
Licensing/Certification
APT License and Instrument Rating License required. Candidates must attend yearly required training.
Miscellaneous Requirements
Must be able to pass FBI background check and will be required to obtain a CDL with hazmat endorsement.
