Corporate Litigation Legal Assistant - Evening Shift

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Corporate Litigation Legal Assistant to join our client in Wilmington, DE! The Corporate Litigation Legal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Corporate Litigation team. This Direct-Hire opportunity is offering an annual salary of $60,000-$70,000!
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Corporate Litigation team.
• Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to Corporate Litigation cases.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for litigation cases.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents as required.
• Maintain communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Schedule appointments, court dates, and other relevant activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of legal documents, including after-hours filing when necessary.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant.
• Specific experience in Corporate Litigation is highly preferred.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
