ensure progress is executed to meet deadlines including proper sequencing of deliverables
create, maintain and deliver progress updates, workstream outlines and business plans to senior leadership
implement tracking for key business objectives and financial results
document business functional requirements and communicate with technology partners through implementation
draft client facing and internal marketing materials including program overviews, communication plans, talking points and client experience content
