About the Role
The Corporate Financial Reporting Analyst will support our enterprise growth strategy as well as develop operational discipline for executing leadership priorities. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of business execution by focusing on providing data and insights to the GM as well as Executive leadership teams. You will also quarterback the process of building repeatable reports, models, and data analyses to support budget, forecasting, variance analysis, and business case/investment decisions. You will have significant visibility within Pango Group, working to support initiatives for the CFO and President. You will collaborate to serve as a business partner to Finance, Analytics, and Corporate Development in reporting and data needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reporting functionality to support FP&A business partners in monthly variance analysis, budgeting, forecast, and overall Financial Reporting needs
- Support development of monthly forecast, variance analysis, and pacing against budget to show performance areas Pango Group should focus on investing
- Develop KPIs to support financial and operating measurements of success as well as partner with the BI and Analytics teams to develop and automate financial intelligence
- Work side by side with the Corporate development team to provide automated reporting to support inorganic analyses and overall capital structure planning
- Develop standard processes, reporting, and grow the business partner foundations the finance team has developed
- Support implementation and go forward management of new planning software and ERP currently underway that will extend from detailed reporting, system management, and partnering with IT to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Reporting, analysis, and FP&A (preferably in the technology sector)
- Demonstrated deep understanding of strategy and operations, and strong financial acumen
- Experience in detailed financial modeling specifically with SaaS companies
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced fluency in Excel, ERP, and Financial Planning Software (Adaptive, EPM, Oracle, Workday, bonus points if you are familiar with SQL)

Pay range for this position is $84,000 - $120,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
