Must be within commutable distance to Dallas office-Hybrid position

Qualifications: Be the Best Credit Card Program Administrator You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in an administrative support function. Previous experience in a health care setting, travel and expense processing or accounts payable.
• Effective interpersonal and communication (oral, written and listening) skills required. Ability to interact with a wide range of constituencies including program stakeholders, external vendors, and executive leadership
• Demonstrated ability to use appropriate judgment in knowing when to involve other resources (e.g., escalation) in decisions or actions.
• Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment are essential.
• Excellent problem solving and research skills; and ability to deliver resolution and findings timely and clearly to impacted users.
• Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of T&E processes, procedures, controls, and compliance requirements.
Skill in the use of computers and related software applications, including Excel proficiency.
