Provide administrative support to the Human Capital Advanced Capabilities Office Policy Team (HDSA). Perform a variety of task related to policy team support necessary to organize information and complete tasks. Responsibilities include the organization, management, and routing of policy documentation, including work schedules, routing documents, policies, and related materials. Other duties include proofreading of policy documents for formatting, punctuation and other grammatical errors. Support to the policy team to include responding to inquiries, tracking and managing information, oral and written communications to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to HDS policy team
- Organize and maintain staff documents, policy review schedules, file and folders
- Support the development of office SOPs, guides and other materials in accordance with applicable policies
- Routing customer inquiries and questions regarding policies
- Prepare routine correspondence and distribute materials to relevant audiences
- Assist in preparing policy program-related reports and briefings
- Proofread policies and related communications materials
Qualifications
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required
- Bachelors degree in related field and 11+ years of related experience or 19 years of related experience without the degree
- Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience with SharePoint and using electronic publishing applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/InDesign/Pro
- Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience in using APA style writing and editing
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in English or Communication and 11+ years of experience or 19 years of related experience without the degree.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Related field
