Job description

Position Summary
The Corporate Card & Expense Administrator will support and maintain the day-to-day activities of all T&E Expense functions, Travel Reimbursement, Expense Reporting, Receipt Audit, Corporate Cards, and Travel Policy adherence. Audits expenses, monitors transactions, reconciles expenditures to ledgers, investigates and resolves disputed charges, and processes and submits payments.
Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide support to card holders for application, problem solving, credit limit changes, separation, reinstatement, and service issues.
• Responsible for carrying out a thorough review of employee corporate and purchasing card transactions, analyzing spending trends, and consulting with employees on transactions to generate a detailed report on spending patterns and policy exceptions
• Responsible for identifying violations to the corporate T&E Policy
• Responsible for the daily liaison with credit card companies regarding accounts and product updates
• Responsible for the provision of cardholder training, including adhoc presentations, and assisting with developing training aids
• Render support to cardholders, data and technology department, human resources, and credit card administrators, and other groups to assist them with questions and concerns relating to corporate and purchasing card transactions and policies
• Collaborate with relevant teams in performing corporate account reconciliation administration (monthly reconciliation, addition of new users, etc.)
• Responsible for carrying out random transaction audits to ensure policy compliance.
• Manage credit card applications for new employees within UKG
• Build and maintain knowledge base within UKG (promote self-service for employees)
• Setting credit limits and terms of service according to customer credit and background
• Reviewing invoices both paid and outstanding and recording them for future reference
• Investigating customer spending trends to ensure security and catch possible signs of fraud or loss of card
• Processing payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards
• Daily reconciliation of credit card reports
• Overseeing processing of credit card and pay pal payments
• Monitoring merchant credit card account and analyzing monthly reports
• Administering, coordinating, and managing routine and ad hoc operational activities related to credit card operations management
• Order Corporate Cards through MUFG such as for new employees and/or expiring cards
• Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, non-routine environment with shifting priorities where multi-tasking may be required.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail to ensure delivery of accurate work product.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Concur preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel: Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Word.
  • Pay Range $28.00 - $33.00
