Corporate Attorney

Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search seeks an attorney with 3 to 5 years of private equity, venture capital and joint venture transactional experience. Must possess strong drafting and organizational skills, excellent academics. This position can be located in Dallas, Houston or San Antonio. Must possess Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school, and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location.
