Corporate Actions AnalystBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Corporate Actions Analyst for an opportunity in Plano, TX!Position Title:Corporate Actions AnalystLocation: Plano, TX 75024 Anticipated Start Date: ImmediatelyPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 3 months (potential to extend) Job Type: Full-Time, Contract Pay Range: $31.50 per hourPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description: -

Responsibilities -

• Review corporate action events received from various industry sources such as DTC, Euroclear, Markit, User
• Will be responsible for identifying missing or incorrect values and draft client friendly narrative (no DTC jargon) to announce event to clients'/companys' clients.
• Will be responsible for initial and updated announcements.
• Will also be responsible for inquiries related to their events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Knowledge is preferred in: DTC knowledge or Securities knowledge or Corporate Action knowledge
• SWIFT Knowledge
