The Corporate Accounting Clerk is directly responsible for processing
corporate invoices, processing employee expenses, reconciling accounts, and interacting with corporate employees.
Responsibilities
- Process corporate invoices and allocate charges to the correct entity.
- Process employee expense reimbursements via the SAP Concur expense management
program. - Create and post journal entries.
- Deposit and post incoming checks received.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Communicate with corporate and on-site employees.
- Respond to vendor inquires and research issues as needed.
- Assist with the management of the SAP Concur program.
- Provide new employees with SAP Concur training.
- Performs any additional duties assigned by the Senior Corporate Accountant.
Qualifications
- Associate in Arts degree in Accounting or 2 years of equivalent accounting experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills
- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
- Good time management skills.
- Good Excel & Word skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to perform intermediate level mathematical calculations
- Good people skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
