About the Role
The Corporate Staff Accountant will report to the Corporate Controller and provide administrative support to the corporate accounting team. We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrator to play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations.
There main responsibilities of the Corporate Staff Accountant include:
- Corporate Accounting support
- Audit & Compliance management
- Corporate Consolidations
Key Responsibilities
There main responsibilities of the Corporate Staff Accountant include:
- Reconcile various general ledger accounts.
- Own the balance sheet reconciliation process including document management, timely completion by staff & followup on management review comments.
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Organize and schedule meetings; take & distribute detailed meeting minutes
- Manage team calendars and assist management with staying on task with upcoming meetings and deadlines
- Own and maintain an organized electronic filing system using Sharepoint
- Act as a liaison with our Accounting Global Shared Service Center located in Noida, India
- Monitor shared Outlook team mailboxes
- Put together reports and financial data
- Coordinate and manage all audits with internal/external stakeholders including timely filing of required reports
- Maintain content of corporate finance Sharepoint pages
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned with finance management
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by finance management

What you will bring:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 4+ years of corporate accounting experience
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
- Previous experience working with the General Ledger including journal entry posting & preparing General Ledger balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ability to prioritize workload, provide solutions, and navigate through complex structure, systems, and processes
- Experience with ERP and cloud-based accounting systems
- Established and detail-orientated high energy self-starter with experience working in a hands-on environment
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high ownership of work product and commitment
- Keen analytical, organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint and Teams
- Ability to thrive on an inclusive, collaborative, remote team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Desire to learn and grow in a large multinational company
