- Proactively look out for individual and team safety
- Provide creative/innovative ideas and solutions through problem-solving efforts, continuous Improvement (Kaizen) projects and in support of Total Quality Management techniques
- Voice concerns and problem areas to Team Leaders, and help solve the problem
- Maintain a strict adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures, thereby clearly identifying irregularities that may cause damage or inefficiency and prescribing corrective measures to improve these processes
- Report to work station prepared to work at beginning of shift, and the ability to work overtime, as needed.
- Communicate with Team and Team Leaders to help continuous flow
- Apply sound problem solving skills in order to maintain a high standard of quality to our customers
- Work at different work stations as production needs require, and be able to gain proficiency in all processes in a reasonable amount of time per instructions/training provided
