The individual will be a member of the Consumer Bank Core Deposit Business Execution, Communication and Disclosures team
As a Product Manger you will be responsible for executing business planning functions, manage all product Customer Communications (letters, emails, alerts), drive Disclosure changes and provide deposit support functions to ensure we meet customer needs in delivering long-term stakeholder value.
Job responsibilities:
Core DepositCommunications Project Managerwill be responsible for:
- Collaborate closely with Letter and Statement Product manager to put in place a process for end to end project delivery of letter/alerts into production
- Conduct analysis to understand our current letters and develop customer journeys for deposit owned letters
- Drive account level and customer level comments in Customer Assist that will need to be added to accounts. This will allow bankers to understand impact in case the customer reaches out
- Owner of the consumer bank customer assistance council playbook and serve as liaison to provide customer relief for FEMA declared disasters driving internal communications and managing the ongoing reporting on relief refunds
- Primary contact for Consumer bank and the Tax team to bring awareness on potential impacts based on new processes or changes
- Complete a monthly system to system letters (in OCLE) reconciliation between Asset shared comments (ASC) and Enterprise Image views (EIV) systems to audit approved language in production
- Validate test environment and production letter changes for accuracy
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Uphold a strong controls discipline and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various levels and functions within the organization.
- Preferred 3+ years in a similar role;
- Strong process and detailed oriented
- Technical aptitude would be a plus
- Being familiar with Customer Assist (CA) and Operational user interface (OUI) would be helpful
- Time management to set timelines and meet daily SLA’s
- Ability to summarize and articulate status updates to management
- Comfort acting with a sense of leadership / ownership for project-based work
- Willingness to drive initiatives independently, e.g. establish meeting cadence, identify working groups, assign tasks/ownership, host calls, communicate deadlines, follow up with partners on key deliverables, etc.
