Copywriter

Flint Group is looking for a copywriter to join our growing team. At our fast-paced agency, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a number of client brands, learn from a smart team of marketing professionals, and have fun doing it. You must be able to write for a variety of mediums or be very motivated to learn. We have a no-egos culture, but instead look for hard-working people who care about doing work that gets results.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with creatives, project managers, and account managers, along with a full marketing team to create compelling advertising and marketing campaigns
• Use your adaptive writing style to fit a variety of brands and bring communications to life
• Craft sharp headlines, generated head turning concepts and execute a variety of tactics
• Write clear, compelling copy for a variety of mediums with a distinct voice
• Edit and proofread copy as needed
• Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach

• Ability to collaborate across teams and locations to create smart and strategic work
• Contributions to campaign ideas and executions within a variety of digital and traditional mediums
• An appreciation for and understanding of usability and customer experience
• Ability to establish and maintain quality standards
• Effective communication

Where you’ve been

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience working at an agency or in marketing
• Demonstrated great writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail and sticking to strict, often short timelines
• Agriculture background preferred
