Job Title: Splicer

Duties:
- Perform splicing and termination of fiber optic and copper cables in both indoor and outdoor settings
- Conduct fiber optic and copper cable testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper installation and functionality
- Install, maintain, and repair fiber optic equipment and components
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights or in confined spaces
- Maintain accurate records of work performed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a splicer or in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of fiber optic and copper splicing techniques, equipment, and tools
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and telecommunications infrastructure
- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and operate bucket trucks safely
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized splicing equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
