OVERVIEW:
MAPS is currently looking to add Field Service Technicians to our team. If you have been thinking of starting a new career or have previously worked in our industry and you would like to work for a company who places a priority on people and culture, we want you to consider joining us. Our Field Service Technicians perform both onsite and remote service repairs and remediation related to Kyocera, HP, Brother, and other manufacturer copier multifunction devices, printers, scanners, and wide-format plotter devices. You will play a key role in supporting the relationship standards we have established as standards for our customers at their locations from Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We will provide you with beginning and continual online, classroom, and on the job training to make necessary mechanical and electrical repairs, as well as provide networking support and preventive maintenance support with the products for which you will become certified to service. Additionally, you will be provided with a laptop computer, iPhone, tool set, a company vehicle, and other resources as required to excel in your career with our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond in a timely manner to service requests
• Diagnose and troubleshoot imaging and print device issues
• Repair and replace device parts and components as necessary
• Provide outstanding customer service to our customers
• Support and grow customer relationships
• Setup and install new devices
• Perform routine device maintenance and service
• Maintain, manage, and reconcile vehicle inventory

• Networking and troubleshooting skills are preferred but not required

• Must have a valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the U.S.
