Coordinators and Coaches Afterschool Needed

```Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Coach and Coordinator to join our team. As a leader, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their enrichment goals and reach their full potential. If you have a passion for coaching and guiding enrichment and enjoy working with students, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Provide group sessions to students in various subjects
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop learning plans
- Create engaging and interactive lessons that promote student participation and understanding
- Assist students with homework assignments, team games and guiding play, teach rules of each game, lead drills, challenges
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with teachers, Coordinators Supervisors to ensure students' success
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment

Experience:
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting or a coaching setting
- Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management strategies
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Experience in coaching/ teaching specific subjects including all sports
- Additional experience in daycare, theater, sports coaching, counseling is beneficial

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is preferred
- First Aid certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively explain through games
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students of all ages
- Flexibility in adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 17 per week
