As the Coordinator for our Technical Assistance Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations and project management activities within the team. Your focus will be on facilitating the smooth execution of Technical Assistance programs and maintaining effective communication and coordination among team members and across the organization. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to supporting educational leaders and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and Support:
 

  • Assist in managing the Technical Assistance project pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Use project management tools to support documentation and monitoring of project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings and facilitate communication among Technical Assistance team members and consultants.


Administrative and Operational Support:
 

  • Provide administrative support for the Technical Assistance team, including scheduling, document preparation, budget support and data entry.
  • Assist in maintaining the organization's customer relationship management system, tracking interactions and key information.
  • Support the development and maintenance of team resources, such as directories, templates, and procedural documents.
  • Create and manage agendas for team and cross-departmental meetings.


Event and Workshop Coordination:
 

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating light-touch engagements like workshops and webinars.
  • Handle logistics for events, including resource allocation, timelines, and participant communication.
  • Support the preparation of engagement materials and assist with on-site or virtual event management.


Qualifications:
 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and project management software.
  • Ability to travel as required (up to 30% of the time).


Travel Requirement:
This position may require travel up to 30% of the time, subject to project needs and seasonal variations.

So here's the deal: The salary range for this role is between $53,846 and $86,154, with a midpoint of $70,000. We're updating our approach and setting the starting offers at 95% of the midpoint. For this role, that would be $66,500. And you know what? We keep it that way for everyone. No haggling, no back-and-forth. Why? Because your worth to us isn't about your ability to negotiate; it's about your ability to contribute to our mission and make a lasting impact.

Our salary bands are intentionally wide, giving you ample room to grow financially without having to change your job title.
