The Coordinator, Retail Marketing Position is involved in developing and executing Retail Marketing efforts. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Retail Marketing, this role requires organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and high degree of collaboration with cross functional partners. Must be an excellent communicator, natural networker, team player and highly organized.

WHAT YOU DO:

• Supports the Senior Manager, Retail Marketing and the Executive Director, Retail Marketing as key marketing partner to Hourglass North America Sales team, Specialty retail partners, and Key accounts including Sephora, Ulta, and Mecca
• Leads new item setup for all North America and Australia retailers, including assets and copy
• Assists with new launch product comps with the Product Development team and market meeting comps
• Handles all retailer comp requests for marketing campaigns, photography shoots, and social exposures, etc.
• Processes North America and Australia (Mecca) retailer online asset requests
• Partners closely with the Creative team on North America and Australia (Mecca) retail partner creative asset brief submissions
• Reviews retailer dot com product pages for accuracy and updates assets as needed
• Ability to complete complex and competing priorities
• Ad hoc projects based on business/team needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience within beauty industry or consumer packaged goods
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Experience working at innovative and fast-paced brands, preferred
• Passion for product, specifically cosmetics and skincare, a plus
• Must be adaptable, resourceful and forward thinking
• Thrives on solving problems and looking at implementing creative solutions
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Creative, positive and high-energy individual with an ability to execute
• Must be able to work from Corporate Office (West Hollywood, CA) at least 60% of the time.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $26.00 to $28.00. The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
