Position Summary

Responsible for scheduling Providers and any ancillary staff in MinuteClinics to ensure adequate market coverage with the goal of keeping the clinics open 100% of the time. The MinuteClinic Workforce Scheduler must be able to schedule and look at overtime and needs of clinic and understand the dynamic work environment and unique staffing needs of retail health clinics. The Scheduler will work with their direct supervisor, the market leadership, and staff to analyze market-level scheduling and financial reports related to staffing & scheduling. The Clinic Scheduler will be required to provide limited weekend coverage and will require scheduling flexibility to work full-time 40 hours over 4-5 days with work hours between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Required Qualifications

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
