Job Summary
This person will play an integral part in carrying out daily operational assignments such as data processing, letter and inventory fulfillment, and overseeing the work of seasonal and student employees. This person will be expected to complete assignments in a timely manner and in accordance with our policies and procedures.
This is a hybrid position with the expectation to be in the office a few times a week.
Essential Functions
- Calculate GPAs and additional data points for high school and college transcripts and enter this information into our system.
- Execute daily and weekly audits to reconcile data in our system and ensure accuracy.
- Enter application and confirmation information onto a student’s record.
- Download electronic documents and batch upload them according to our procedure.
- Collect, sort, scan, process, and distribute application materials.
- Print and mail admissions related communications and collateral.
- Coordinate with Admissions teams to track inventory and organize delivery of print and promotional collateral.
- Manage and respond to our department’s email account.
- Provide day-to-day supervision and coordination of seasonal and students employees including training, scheduling, and regular performance evaluation meetings.
- Utilize reporting tools to plan and organize priorities for the day and make recommendations.
- Participate in Admissions on-campus events.
- Assist with all other operations tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of data entry experience.
- Possess a strong attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to work some evening and weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Superior organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Prior experience with Slate, Banner, or other higher education computer system.

Additional Information
This position is classified as Non-exempt, grade H. Compensation for this grade ranges from $17.14 - $25.71 per hour. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
