Coordinator III, Manufacturing Science and Technology (MS&T)
Position Summary

Catalent's facility in Bloomington provides a fully integrated and unique model for process development, clinical and commercial mammalian cell culture manufacturing, formulation, parenteral drug manufacturing and packaging under one roof. The award-winning facility provides clinical and commercial bulk drug substance and drug product manufacturing, including liquid and lyophilized vials, and prefilled syringes, along with an array of support services.
The Coordinator III, MS&T, supports the administrative operations in the functional area, including data collection and metric reporting system and act as a liaison between key executives and employees.
This is a full-time, site based, role working days; Monday - Friday.

The Role
  • Collect and/or entering department data regarding the performance of people, processes, and equipment
  • Organize and/or creating visual representations (spreadsheets, reports, PowerPoint presentations, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Monitor progress of projects, supporting the efforts to meet deadlines
  • Maintain inventory of departments supplies to include ordering, receiving and coordinating logistics
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Mentor lower-level Department Coordinators
  • Other duties as assigned

The Candidate
  • High School Diploma/GED, required
  • Technical Certificate or higher, preferred
  • 5 - 8 years of relevant experience to include creating reports, tracking progress on projects and providing administrative support to a group(s)
  • GMP experience, preferred
  • Must be able to read and understand English-written job instructions and safety requirements
