We are looking for a hardworking HR Senior Coordinator to join our Rhode Island Team.

Job Title:HR Senior Coordinator

Job Location: Woonsocket, RI

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8: 00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $ 24.99/ hr

Projected Start Date: May 1, 2023 (Contract/W2)

Position Summary:

The HR Senior Coordinator serves as the on-site, level one HR contact for colleagues and plays a key role in supporting the HRBP in identifying, diagnosing, and executing solutions for people-related opportunities while creating an outstanding employee experience. The Coordinator provides HR support to all levels of DC leadership and sites in a variety of ways, including maintaining HR related reporting and databases, interpreting data, making recommendations, facilitating employee listening sessions, and escalating high level issues to the HRBP.

Qualification/ Experience required:

• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and other HR reporting tools.
• 1+ year of experience in human resources, staffing, recruiting, administrative assistance and/or coordination
• High School Diploma/GED required

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in human resources, staffing, recruiting, administrative assistance and/or coordination
• Prior experience in retail or distribution/warehousing, staffing, and recruiting.
• Frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills and time management.
• Able to drive projects and tasks to completion independently.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
