Summary: Based in WWE's New York, NY office, the Coordinator, Global Partnerships is responsible for supporting ongoing selling activities, sales planning, pulling relevant research and helping prepare assets & collateral for client meetings. The Coordinator will work with sales team sourcing new partnership leads and introductions, preparing client materials, and providing creative partnership integrations and inventory solutions that best meet the client expectations and proposal objectives by category.
Coordinator, Digital Campaign Management - Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to determine new partner and partnership opportunities
- Support the North American Global Partnerships team, including tracking pipelines and providing brand/category research
- Assist with the development of presentations and pitches for new prospects
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and new media marketing efforts
- Support the cross-departmental collaboration process across key stakeholders at UFC to identify and develop new, sellable platforms
- Take assets provided by department executives to create sales packages and/or materials
- Attend meetings and provide written recaps and follow ups with key stakeholders
- Work with marketing team to identify best practices, create case studies, and showcase WWE as a true "one stop shop"
- Cultivate solid relationships with decision-makers and key staff internally to facilitate execution of partnership needs across multiple WWE departments including; WWE Media, Talent Relations, Television & Content Production, WWE Network and Live Events, among others
- Remain current with WWE corporate initiatives, Superstar Talent and content storylines, in addition to overall sports, entertainment and media industry trends
- Other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience, media company, sports property or agency preferred
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to effectively manage multiple short-term and long-term priorities for designated accounts
- Demonstrable experience problem-solving and taking a tactical approach to accomplish internal and external client-facing tasks
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
- Willing and able to travel and work outside normal business hours as needed
- Bachelor's Degree
