MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Coordinator, Brand Lifecycle to join the Marketing Team in Costa Mesa, CA! Individual reports to Associate Brand Manager. Role is hybrid.
This role is a hybrid opportunity that requires a local commutable distance to the HQ Costa Mesa, CA office as needed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Coordinator, Brand Lifecycle drives key business objectives and growth, supporting the customer experience across our lifecycle and retention communications. Serving as a steward of the brand, the Coordinator will contribute to Mint Mobile's continued success by assisting with the day-to-day support of brand activities to retain and delight customers and foster engagement.
Your usual day of awesomeness includes:
Measurement & Optimization
- Research and monitor our competitors' brand and marketing activity, reporting on the findings to the larger Marketing team.
- Constantly monitor digital trends, and other wireless brands' marketing activity looking for new opportunities.
- Tracks and analyzes front-end email metrics as it relates to lifecycle campaigns.
- Implements email, SMS, in-app push testing, digital experiences and presents learnings to Lifecycle Brand Manager and marketing team.
Planning and Execution
- Assist with creative development including feedback, kickoff, creative brief process, and scheduling to deliver digital assets across a wide range of marketing initiatives including Retention, Care, and other cross-functional initiatives.
- Works with the Customer Care Team to ensure ongoing and limited-time offer information is up to date in the Chatbot and website.
- Supports creative briefs, collects and synthesizes feedback, and works with our in-house creative agency to oversee the successful delivery of all assets for lifecycle and retention marketing initiatives.
- Maintains a detailed and updated catalog of previous and existing lifecycle communication assets.
- Coordinates key projects from start to finish for the entire lifecycle team including creating tickets, managing timelines and workback schedules.
- Supports marketing activities that will drive engagement and conversion across email, SMS, in-app, push, account management and other channels such as UTM creation, email QA, creative request submissions, and final file deliver.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1-2 years of Marketing, Communications, and/or Brand experience working across different communication channels.
- A strong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal relationships.
- Experience assisting or managing multiple campaigns/projects, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Any combination of education and experience.
- Scrappy, game for any task, and able to adapt to change.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with out-of-the-box solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and thought leadership.
- Passionate about Marketing and applying intellectual curiosity to solve problems.
- Strong eye for detail. No spelling mistakes or brand/messaging inconsistencies get past you.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $24/hr - $26/ hr.
