Form of workPay range for this position is $36.08 - $53.56/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure.
POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinates comprehensive Behavioral Health case management by working closely with other professional and ancillary team members in providing total Behavioral Health care to assigned patients. In collaboration with the attending physician and the multidisciplinary team, provides intervention and education aimed at crisis stabilization, resourcing support systems and development of an appropriate discharge plan of care. Functions as a professional nurse in support of medical care, behavioral symptoms management and treatment services.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse Experience: 3 years working with a mental health and substance use disorder patient population. Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of DSM
