Job description

We Are Hiring:
  • Department: Quality
  • Schedule: Full-time Dayshift
  • Hospital: Ascension St. Vincent Hospital
  • Location: 2001 West 86th street Indianapolis, IN
What You Will Do:
Organize and coordinate quality, risk and Patient Safety program activities and workflow.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate quality, risk and/or Patient Safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/ performance measures.
  • Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with Patient Safety standards.
  • Analyze and report on data collected from a variety of sources. Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Quality Professional preferred.
  • Risk Management preferred.
Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
RN with strong OB background in a hospital setting.
