Job Description
Monitor paint workforce for productivity.
Observe adherence to paint specs associated with the work
Audit work packages for completeness and accuracy
Identify inefficiencies.
Assess equipment needs and usage
Compile report with recommendations to improvements in productivity
Job Requirements
Experience in Equipment Strategy Development, Bad Actor Program, and Asset Management
Identify improvement opportunities and propose and implement sustainable solutions for rotating and fixed mechanical equipment.
Assist in equipment troubleshooting, including root cause failure analysis and implementation of improvement efforts is essential in the resolution of reliability issues.
Thorough knowledge of reliability tools to drive improvements, troubleshoot, optimize costs, and improve Asset Effectiveness (e.g., Bad Actor Program; FMEA; RBI; RBM; RCM; Reliability Roadmap etc.)
