Position Description
The Cooler Lead is in charge of ensuring that both the beer and soda coolers look fully stocked at all times. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: organizing products by vendor/size, communicating inventory needs to manager and vendors, checking in product, storing product, appropriately stocking shelves and displays, cleaning walls/floors, wiping down cooler doors, mopping floors, breaking down boxes and taking them out to dumpsters, ordering/coordinating milk and water orders, and managing waste/out of date items and returns. A full-time position would also include being responsible for ensuring all sales tags are up to date at all times.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensuring that coolers are fronted and look full every day
- Assure the cleanliness inside and outside of the coolers including floors walls and glass doors
- Work with vendors and the store manager to manage inventory levels
- Safely receive, store and organize soda and beer deliveries. Stock shelves in the coolers making sure that all slots are filled
- Receive inventory. Check to make sure all items are there, in date and not damaged
- Stocking shelves and making sure that products are in the right places
- Cleaning cooler floors, fans, ceilings, and walls
- The ability to comprehend promotions and track to make sure all sales tags are correct
- Filling and creating floor displays on the sales floor
- Communicating inventory needs with store manager and vendors
- Demonstrates teamwork and excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of an 8 hour shift as well as lift up to 50 pounds, carry, and bend while stocking product. Must be able to withstand cold while in the coolers.
