Cook/Prep/Pizza Maker

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Cook to join our team at Puleo’s Pizzeria. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
- Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Pizza Cook or in a similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of pizza dough stretching techniques and pizza oven operation
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
