Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in accordance with quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Support catering events as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in the food industry as a prep cook or similar role
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Proficiency in basic cooking techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
