• Prepares and serves nourishing and attractive meals and other foods as required to support the menu specific to diet orders for cafeteria, Meals on Wheels, patient menu, doctors lounges, and other special events.
• Includes following recipes, preparing items to order in a timely manner, and cleaning of equipment.
• Able to follow HACCP guidelines for storage and serving of food items.

• Must be able to understand and communicate in English.
• Prefer previous work experience.
• Must obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health dept. before hire (or within 1 week of hire).
• One year of cooking experience preferred.

• High School diploma or equivalent
