Our busy restaurant and bar has a bustling lunch and fun and friendly happy hour and evening crowd that allows us to offer our staff consistent (fixed) shifts and a competitive income. We provide a fun and supportive team atmosphere with a small family of staff, many whom have been with us for years. We are currently hiring for a full-time line cook/prep cook.
Description of role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate cook to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively.
Tasks:
- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- Rotate stock items as per established procedures
- Restock and prep kitchen for subsequent shifts
- Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
Work Schedule:
5 shifts per week, weekends and evening availability required

Dress Code: Although we do have a relaxed dress code and provide uniforms, facial piercings or tattoos, nose rings, multiple ear (more than 4) piercings, piercings larger than 1/4 inch in diameter, visible body piercings, ear gauges larger than 1 inch in diameter, ear tunnels, chain ear cuffs and chain ear piercing jewelry are not permitted.
